One of the new backup options is an automatic backup to your iCloud account. This means your data stays with your account and can be restored on any future device you may use. This uses a newer feature called "iCloud Drive" and some users may not be as familiar with it, or have it turned on.
If our app gives you an error and will not let you turn on iCloud Sync, please try these steps:
- Open your phone's Settings app (a grey icon on your phone screen)
- Tap on your name at the top
- Tap on iCloud
- Look to make sure our app is enabled, and most importantly, that iCloud Drive is enabled
